Hitesh Patel, MD  Hitesh Patel is a family medicine physician. He started Low Cost Health Clinics in  2001. Dr. Patel started the clinics with the sole purpose of being able to provide  excellent medical care to the community at an affordable price. His vision has  become the three main principles the clinics operate by: providing the best medical  service in a timely manner with a positive attitude. He is passionate about educating  and helping the community in treating chronic medical conditions as well as acute  urgent care medicine. Prior to 2001, Dr. Patel has extensive experience as a  pediatrician, working in urgent care clinics and being Medical Director. Dr. Patel is  not only a medical doctor but also manages all 7 low cost health clinic locations.  

Shruti Patel, MD  Shruti Patel is a board certified physician in family medicine. She has excellent  bedside manner and is bilingual in Spanish. She has many years of experience  working in primary care and urgent care medicine. She is one of the supervising  physicians for Low Cost Health Clinics. Dr. Patel is also involved in the management  of the clinics.   

Jose Ruiz, PA-C Jose Ruiz is a certified physician assistant with over 30 years of experience. Prior to  graduating from USC with a degree for physician assistant, Jose was a medical doctor  in Mexico. He is a compassionate provider with a great bedside manner. Jose works  at Ruiz Patel Medical Clinic in Santa Ana and in Corona. He has extensive knowledge  in primary care and urgent care medicine. Jose performs many procedures at the  clinic including toenail removals, laceration repairs, skin biopsies, abscess incision  and drainage.  

Roberto Guillen, PA  Roberto Guillen is a Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of experience. He  has extensive medical knowledge and is able to perform many procedures in house,  such as toenail removals, laceration repairs, Incision and drainage of abscesses, skin  biopsies, joint injections etc. He is bilingual in Spanish and has a very compassionate  bedside manner. Roberto works primarily at Indio Medical Clinic.
